Analizarea impactului asupra mediului inconjurator se va realiza prin aplicarea analizei ciclului de viata &#8211; LCA (Life Cycle Analysis). Totodata, se va analiza si impactul asupra mediului inconjurator generat de trei tehnologii de obtinere biocombustibil din microalge dezvoltate de INCDO-INOE 2000, Filiala ICIA. Identificarea categoriilor de impact asupra mediului inconjurator are importanta in optimizarea tehnologiilor aplicate microalgelor in vederea aplicarii si respectarii principiilor economiei circulare si asigurarii sustenabilitatii acestora. Analiza ciclului de viata este un instrument competent si valoros in evaluarea si determinarea categoriilor de impact asupra mediului inconjurator fiind un instrument de baza in aplicarea economiei circulare. Cu ajutorul LCA pot fi obtinute informatii eficiente si necesare in demararea unei afaceri, afaceri al caror impact asupra mediului inconjurator poate fi diminuat cu succes. De asemenea, LCA poate contribui la cresterea beneficiilor economice aferente afacerii. De asemenea, extractia de lipide si zaharuri reducatoare si obtinerea de biocombustibil din microalge constituie surse de produse generatoare de energie alternativa. Microalgele sunt considerate surse de compusi valorosi, precum vitamine, pigmenti, acizi grasi (lipide) si surse de biocombustibil. Avand in vedere contaminarea mediului inconjurator prin extractia, prelucrarea si arderea combustibililor fosili, si limitarea acestora ca resurse, biocombustibilul obtinut din microalge constituie energie alternativa. Potentialele efecte negative asupra mediului inconjurator generate de arderea si obtinerea biocombustibilului pot fi de o intensitate si agresivitate cu mult mai reduse decat efectele produse in urma producerii si arderii combustibililor fosili. Concomitent, obtinerea de biocombustibil din microalge este o tehnologie prietenoasa cu mediul si semnificativ mai avantajoasa si convenabila, comparativ cu procesele de obtinere a combustibililor fosili.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiectivul proiectului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pentru atingerea rezultatelor estimate se are in vedere atingerea obiectivului specific: Corelarea activitatii de cercetare si inovare cu provocarile societale din Agenda Strategica de Cercetare &#8220;Hrana, bioeconomie, resurse naturale, biodiversitate, agricultura si mediu&#8221;.
