this technology;<br \/>\nrecovery of resulted sludge and their use as fertilizer in agriculture;<br \/>\nelaboration of a biogas standard according to EU norms;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>establishment of a solid and viable partnership among different RD organizations (universities and research institutes) and enterprises with activity in the field;<\/li>\n<li>development of products, processes and clean technologies and the capitalization of the biomass from energetic point of view;<\/li>\n<li>promotion of clean energy technologies, environment protection measures and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions;<\/li>\n<li>promotion of technologies that capitalize waste byproducts;<\/li>\n<li>technology optimization at laboratory scale;<\/li>\n<li>technological transfer from laboratory scale to pilot scale;<\/li>\n<li>patent proposal;<\/li>\n<li>dissemination of obtained results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>The project has the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>development and implementation of clean technologies for superior utilization of biomass;<\/li>\n<li>realization of a pilot plant that will apply this technology;<\/li>\n<li>recovery of resulted sludge and their use as fertilizer in agriculture;<\/li>\n<li>elaboration of a biogas standard according to EU norms;<\/li>\n<li>technology patent;<\/li>\n<li>PC7 proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The degree of novelty for this project is given by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>achievement of a flexible CHP system that allow the use of a wide range of biomass under conditions of farms in Romania;<\/li>\n<li>determination of factors that influence the energy efficiency of biogas production in an integrated system including cogeneration;<\/li>\n<li>recovery of resulted sludge and their use as fertilizer in agriculture;<\/li>\n<li>design and construction of a pilot plant;<\/li>\n<li>transfer of developed technology and of pilot plant at economic scale<\/li>\n<li>impact study of biogas production;<\/li>\n<li>a standard for biogas according to EU norms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>RESULTS ESTIMATED<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>identified biomass resources in agricultural farms (according to farm types that are characteristic for Romania);<\/li>\n<li>standard for biogas according to EU norms;<\/li>\n<li>technology and methods for sludge recovery (technological residues) in order to be used for crop fertilization;<\/li>\n<li>energetic balance;<\/li>\n<li>physicochemical and energetic characteristics of biogas;<\/li>\n<li>pilot station for the capitalization of biomass resources;<\/li>\n<li>engine modifications required to function with the new type of biofuel;<\/li>\n<li>patent proposal;<\/li>\n<li>articles;<\/li>\n<li>techno\u2013 economic studies;<\/li>\n<li>scientific communications;<\/li>\n<li>web page;<\/li>\n<li>CD presentation;<\/li>\n<li>demonstrative meetings;<\/li>\n<li>techno \u2013 economic documentation;<\/li>\n<li>patent;<\/li>\n<li>course material;<\/li>\n<li>draft PC7
