{"id":71386,"date":"2017-01-10T13:42:54","date_gmt":"2017-01-10T13:42:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/icia.ro\/?p=71386"},"modified":"2017-01-20T10:24:46","modified_gmt":"2017-01-20T10:24:46","slug":"14-metoda-moderna-neconventionala-pentru-depoluarea-microbiana-apelor-fenolice-scopul-consolidarii-diversitatii-biologice-defenol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icia.ro\/en\/2017\/01\/10\/14-metoda-moderna-neconventionala-pentru-depoluarea-microbiana-apelor-fenolice-scopul-consolidarii-diversitatii-biologice-defenol\/","title":{"rendered":"Modern, non-conventional method for microbial depollution of phenolic waste-water, to consolidate the biologic diversity, DEFENOL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Objectives:<br \/>\nDEFENOL aims the scientific substantiation and the development of a modern, non-conventional technology to reconstruct and consolidate the biological and ecological diversity.<\/p>\n<p>The project approaches:<\/p>\n<p>Methods and techniques for detecting, at nanoscale level, the phenolic compounds from different water sources;<br \/>\nThe action of various microorganisms in the remediation of phenolic waters;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"4\" cellpadding=\"4\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\"><b>OBJECTIVES<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing a complex detection system, at nanoscale level, of phenolic compounds in water coming from different sectors of industry;<\/li>\n<li>Building a database containing determination methods as well as depollution techniques of waters;<\/li>\n<li>Building an experimental model plant for waters dephenolation, transferred to beneficiary;<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the visibility and the international impact of Romanian research in area of advanced, modern analysis techniques;<\/li>\n<li>Proposing a patent and a PC7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td height=\"15\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\"><b>DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/td>\n<td>DEFENOL aims the scientific substantiation and the development of a modern, non-conventional technology to reconstruct and consolidate the biological and ecological diversity.<\/p>\n<p>The project approaches:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Methods and techniques for detecting, at nanoscale level, the phenolic compounds from different water sources;<\/li>\n<li>The action of various microorganisms in the remediation of phenolic waters;<\/li>\n<li>The influence of various non-conventional water treatment methods on the degradation of phenolic compounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One will follow different biochemical processes that can occur inside the cells due to the water treatment, especially the degradation products arising from these treatments (by analytical techniques such as: liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometer (LC-MS) and LC-MS-MS, NMR spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, RES).
