has as objectives fundamental and applied research, analytical methodologies elaboration for a wide range of samples, design and construction of laboratory analytical instruments, performing of chemical analyses and provide services of information, advice and representation for business.
Environment and health
Environmental technologies destined to prevent pollution and to rehabilitate the environmental factors, both natural and anthropic; elaboration of some modern methods for the assessment and monitoring of environmental factors (sol, air, water, vegetation, food); realization of analytical methods for the preservation and management of natural and artificial resources, and realization of modern methods for the food quality assessment.
Bioenergy-biomass
Obtaining renewable fuels (biodiesel, bioethanol, and biogas), from biomass and inclusively by-products; realization of technologies and installation for the renewable fuels (biodiesel, bioethanol and biogas) production, and development of advanced processes for the biomass conversion to electricity and heat trough Renewable Energy Laboratory (LER) and Laboratory for Biofuel Quality Certification (CABIO).
Analytics and Instrumentation
Developing new systems, equipment, optoelectronics instrumentation for analytical investigations, with possible applications in fields of environmental protection, health, food security and developemnt of modern and unconventional methods for the analytical investigations, having possible applications in environmental protection, health, food security
Laboratory for Environmental Analysis
accredited according to SR EN ISO/CEI 17025:2005 by the Romanian Accreditation Association (RENAR), LAM fulfils the client’s requirements and concerns about the continuous quality improvement of its service. LAM collaborates with numerous national and international providers that supply equipments, reagents and materials. Famous national and international institutions and firms have required chemical analysis for different type of samples and all the contracts have been carried out in optimum conditions.
Technological Transfer Center CENTI
Accredited in 2005 by the National Authority for Scientific Research, CENTI is available to businesses in Transylvania through a range of integrated consulting quality services. The mission of the Center for Technology Transfer CENTI is the promotion of research results mainly from INCDO-INOE 2000, but also from other research institutes in Macroregion RO1, in parallel with the provision of business and innovation efficient and high quality environment from Macroeconomic RO1, in order to increase competitiveness and innovation capacity.
