Objectives:
Elaboration of an analysis and identification model for wines, for the secondary products occurred in the wine-making products, as well as for various substances occurred in time due to different processing and/or storage conditions, using modern, ultimate methods: coupling the chromatographic methods with various RES and RMN spectral techniques.
