Accomplishing of an systematic study of influence of this residues n human health and correlation of products types with nutrition customs;

DESCRIPTION | TECHIM proposes the development of advanced determination techniques of chemical residues in animal originated food products and studies regarding possible hazards on human health, correlated with specific customs in peoples nutrition (what, and in what quantities is consumed, statistics).
